Angelo’s Pasta’s NEW Chocolate Linguini

Pasta is typically a savoury dish, but pasta dough is actually incredibly versatile and can be used in many sweet dishes. So just in time for Easter, we have decided to mix things up a little.

Easter is a time for chocolate, family, fun, chocolate, reflection, chocolate, new life and… have we mentioned chocolate? This year, we have also made it the perfect time for pasta. Our very own, Michael, has created a limited edition chocolate linguini to make your Easter that little bit more special.

In the past, chocolate pasta has only been a distant dream; a novelty restaurant dish but now you can enjoy it in the comfort of your own home.

It’s time to impress your dinner guest/s with a mouth- watering savoury dish, or for those of you with a sweet tooth create a fun filled dessert with your kids. Mild and subtle in flavour, our chocolate pasta is a decadent treat to enjoy this Easter. Why not try out some of our favourite flavour combos:

• Creamy, truffled mushroom and chilli sauce
• Slow cooked, mandarin infused duck ragout
• Thickened cream or ice-cream, fresh berries, and shaved chocolate
• Whipped Ricotta with vanilla bean and fresh orange segments
• Hazelnut liqueur, Espresso and whipped cream!

Cooking tip: Instead of adding salt to the cooking water like traditional pasta, swap it out for a sprinkle of sugar to really bring the pasta alive!
