Feedback from Previous Participants:

We had a great time on the pasta course. Donna is a great teacher and she made it so easy for us to make our lovely pasta. The venue had all the required tools and accessories and having one past machine each is perfect. We loved that Donna cooked the freshly made pasta with a variety of sauces for us to sample, yum! Parking was easily found and it was a pleasant and rewarding day. Perfetto, Donna, grazie.

Thank you pasta queen Donna for a fabulous afternoon of fun and learning, we will be recommending without a doubt. The passion and love shined through to the tasting. Can’t speak highly enough of Team Angelo’s.
~ Linda & Martin

I wanted to thank Donna (and Neil) so much for giving Paul and I this heart-warming experience. Neither of us had ever done anything like this before and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

It was wonderful to hear all about the family and to experience a part of Brisbane’s multi-cultural history. I loved how Donna brought along the kids and included them on the day (as much as she could), and it was also very special to meet Donna’s Mum and Aunty. So wonderful to see this special family all still working together to create this unique, premium product in their business, which they are so generously sharing with us.

Donna’s style was so welcoming and warm – she made us all feel as thought we could actually make pasta (which is really saying something for me in particular). She was so willing to teach us whatever we wanted to know and work around any of our particular wants/needs. It was very relaxed and because of the small numbers in the class, it was also very personal.

Being able to take home what we made and given the opportunity to purchase other premium products from the Angelo’s range was the icing on the cake. I will be thoroughly recommending these classes, as well as the Angelo’s products to all of my friends and family.

Making Pasta with Donna was simply delightful. Learning to make pasta from scratch was a wonderfully rewarding experience, and the best part was getting to eat the delicious creations we’d made at the end of it all.
~ Julia Brown

Hi, Paul and I loved the class. And all of our gifts. I will certainly let all my friends know how fabulous the class is.
~ Debra Ellis

I thoroughly enjoyed the class. As someone who has been to Italy and worked in an Italian restaurant, I can say that it was completely authentic. The passion that Donna showed was inspiring and made me want to go home and cook pasta. The gift pack was lovely and I use everything from it. I wish I could do it again for the first time. Thanks!

My wife and I attended a class with Donna in August with a keen interest in gaining knowledge of making pasta from a family company that we honestly think makes the best pasta! Donna was very welcoming and discussed our love of food and what we were anticipating to learn from the pasta class. Donna taught us the basic rules of pasta making and we were also lucky enough to be shown how to make ravioli. If you wish to have a fun and informative lesson on pasta making, we would highly recommend to book a class with Donna.
~ Ben and Shana Buchan

I really enjoyed the small class format as this allowed very personal attention from Donna. I had always imagined that the trickiest part of pasta making was getting the dough right, but really it is what you do afterwards that is harder and so it was great to have Donna there with hands on help. The whole class was lots of fun and we were really impressed with ourselves when we ate our pasta for dinner that evening with our family. I have recommended the class to friends as it is a great way to spend an afternoon.
~ Helen Duncan

I thought the course was great. I loved how casual it was, and the small group, as it felt less intimidating and personal. (especially not being a good cook) We also loved having Nonna :) there – gave it a real authentic feel. Really enjoyed my pasta I brought home as well.
~ Yvette Frausin

Thank you Donna for an amazing Pasta Class. Your hands on approach and insight were so beneficial. The tips and tricks, priceless. Also great to enjoy lunch with Angelo himself and your family, good times oh and the food YUM. If you want to learn how to make pasta, then this is the class you have to take. Look forward to the next instalment.

Donna, thank you so much for the most delightful day on Saturday with you Neil, all the enthusiastic pasta class and your beautiful family. You have wealth of knowledge that you were more than happy to share with us and I’m looking forward to finally making some “Successful pasta” 5 Stars aren’t enough + 5*****
- Desley Jones

We found this class relaxing, informal and enjoyable. The simple but in-depth instructions were invaluable, easy to follow and remember, helping us to bring real Italian pasta into our homes. Once we tried home made pasta we have not bought supermarket pasta since. The special guest appearance of Nonna to impart her years of pasta making knowledge was first class was just another level enjoyment which only added to the overall experience. Thanks to you all it was a wonderful experience.
