Fresh Pasta

Our Fresh Pasta range is made with 100% Durum Semolina flour and fresh eggs. The only difference between our dried and our fresh pasta ranges is that the fresh pasta range is not dried but refrigerated. The fresh pasta range has a shelf life of approximately three/four weeks. Even though fresh pasta has a shorter shelf life than the dried variety, it is faster to cook, saving time in the kitchen when preparing meals.

Fresh Pasta is available in 500g retail packs, 1kg and 5kg catering packs.
